Orders and shipping
How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order. Production usually takes 1 to 3 business days (all-over-print pieces like shorts, leggings, pajama pants and arm sleeves can take a few days longer), then shipping takes about 4 to 8 business days within the United States. Most US orders arrive within 5 to 11 business days. International orders usually take 10 to 30 business days after production. You will get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Where are your products made?
Every item is printed to order in the United States and shipped from there. Our shirts, long sleeves, hoodies and sweatshirts are made on trusted blanks from brands like Comfort Colors, Bella+Canvas, Gildan and Hanes.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on every order within the United States. Orders outside the United States pay a shipping cost that is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Canada, Australia, most of Europe and many other countries. Shipping is not free outside the United States, and the cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country are paid by the buyer.
Will items in the same order arrive together?
Not always. If you order several items they may ship in separate packages at different times, each with its own tracking number. You are never charged extra for this.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that it has gone into production and cannot be changed. Reach us on our contact page.
Sizing
How do I choose my size?
Use our size guide. The charts show the measurements of the garment itself, laid flat, so compare them with a shirt you already love. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
What is the difference between youth and adult items?
Same designs, different sizing. Youth and adult items are separate product pages with their own sizes and size charts, so choose the page that matches the wearer.
Returns
How do returns and refunds work?
Because every item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or color or a change of mind. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. That 7-day window is firm. Care
How should I wash my Court Crew Co gear?
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the print, and avoid bleach. Our youth long sleeve is a performance polyester, so use low heat or hang dry.
Why does my item look a little different from the photos?
Screens show color differently, and printed products can vary slightly in color and print placement. Small differences are normal.
