Welcome to Court Crew Co. These terms cover your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Court Crew Co ("we", "us") sells volleyball-lifestyle apparel and accessories online. You can reach us through our contact page.

2. Products

Every product is made to order and printed for you.
Colors on your screen may look a little different from the printed item because of screen settings, lighting and the printing process.
Sizes and measurements are shown in our size guide. Measurements can vary by up to about 1 inch.
We may change, discontinue or stop selling any product at any time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice.
Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
If we make a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud or an unavailable item. If we cancel, you will be refunded.
After you place an order you will get a confirmation email. That email is not the same as acceptance until the order ships.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Returns and Refunds Policy, including its firm time limits. Both are part of these terms. For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, customs fees and taxes charged by your country are your responsibility as the buyer.

6. Sellers and partners

Businesses and creators who contact us about selling through Court Crew Co are not sellers on this site until we agree in writing. Sending us information or images does not create any obligation for us, and you confirm you have the right to share what you send.

7. Our designs and content

The designs, artwork, logos, text, photos and other content on this site belong to Court Crew Co or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of what you buy from us is fine.

8. How you may use the site

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to break or access it without permission, submit false information, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Accounts and children

If you create an account, keep your login details safe. Our products include youth sizes, but our site is meant to be used by adults. If you are under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
